Step 1 — Read a customer record sample data
The agent calls read_customer. The demo org's policy allows this tool, so the call reaches the target and comes straight back.
Steps 2 & 3 — Send a customer message sample data
The demo policy requires a human to approve send_message before it runs. Anyone can approve here — it's a public demo, not a real org. You can also try sending something an agent shouldn't: the request is checked before it can be held or sent.

Step 4 — Export the whole customer list sample data
The demo policy denies export_customers outright — the target is never reached.
Step 5 — What would an auditor get?
